The Company provides veterinary nutraceutical products (DHENOVA, MATRU SHAKTI) and a WhatsApp-based automated advisory bot (DHE-NOVA) that delivers preventive dairy management reminders including Day 21 Heat Alerts, Day 60 Pregnancy Diagnosis Reminders, and Day 210 Dry Period Alerts.

5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate AI dates, tag numbers, and contact information.
- Not misuse the DHE-NOVA Bot for non-veterinary purposes.

All content, branding, formulas, and technology (including DHENOVA, MATRU SHAKTI, DHE-NOVA) are the intellectual property of DR. TIRTH VETERINARY SOLUTIONS PVT. LTD. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Botad, Gujarat.
